These arrows showed our racers exactly where to go. When I installed each arrow on a stake it gave me the option to orient in relation to the change of course ahead. This worked well for the riders who were about to approach the arrows in that it gave them some insight as to what was ahead. Arrows are a great way to give directions on the course because if we used words like left or right or keep going forwards, our faster racers may not be able to read them and our slower riders may be too illiterate to make sense of it. Overall the arrows worked well and we will likely use them again.
