Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be in original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Email info@kurtcaselli.com with your order number and the item you want to return. If your return is approved, we will send instructions for where and how to send it. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Items we cannot accept for return

Some Rider Safety items, including the Riders 1st Responders First Aid kit, KCF dust mask, safety whistle, and USWE Hydration Backpack products.
Clearance/Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item quickly? Buy the new item now, then send back the original. After we receive and approve your return, we will refund the original payment.

Refunds

We will email you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the credit.
